In 2022 Joe Banko and Travis Wegner, long time friends and both project managers for different companies, realized their shared passion to one day own their own business and decided to take the plunge. They have a combined 30 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Bliss Property Company was founded on the passionate belief that self-improvement and continual learning is the path to Bliss. Joe and Travis strongly believe that by working on themselves, they can better serve their customers and provide the best possible experience.

 

Joe Banko is a licensed General Contractor in NC and SC, and a Licensed Professional Engineer. Joe is a graduate of NC State University with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management.

Travis Wegner is a licensed General Contractor in NC and SC . Travis is a graduate of Wake Tech with degrees in Civil Engineering and Surveying.
